If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition within 10 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange. It must be in its original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Maine Made Christmas can now process multiple ship to orders. The current system involves inputting the ship to information into the specified fields on the product pages. This information can be confirmed in the shopping basket.

The multiple ship to addresses will be displayed next to the product/products in the basket and on your invoice.

Upon checkout fill the ship to information in using the purchaser/bill to information, this will automatically default over to the bill to section.

 When processing your credit card the multiple ship to information is not displayed.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause, currently we are working on some excellent software that will make placing multiple ship to orders very easy for the 2003 season.

We will gladly include a gift message with your gift order, simply fill out the gift message field found on the product pages. We will enclose a card with your message or provide your own card and we will include it with your order.  Please keep messages short.

We ship UPS ground unless other arrangements have been made. Placing a order on Dec. 19th, would have to be shipped next day air in order to be received by Dec. 21st.
