It’s a valid and important question. The internet gives you an incredible opportunity to visit and purchase from a multitude of companies. At a time when it seems there’s a web store on every corner, you need to have confidence that your sensitive information is secure, you get what you pay for and that you’ll be treated in a fair, honest, and ethical manner by the company you choose. Below you will see what distinguishes us from our competitors both big and small.

Our Company
Maine Made Christmas is family owned and operated, we oversee every step of our balsam production and shipping to insure our customers are more than satisfied with their purchase.

The owners have over 31 years experience in the handcrafting and shipping of balsam products.
For over a decade, Maine Made Christmas has served internet customers and has achieved the highest business performance rating that the Better Business Bureau awards.

Our unwavering commitment to fair and ethical business practices have, and will continue to help us better serve our valued customers.

Our Quality
Since we handcraft all our balsam products and offer them directly to you, we have the advantage of being able to create fresh, quality, long lasting balsam wreaths and centerpieces at reasonable prices.
It’s the little things that make a big difference:

All our decorated wreaths are shipped fully decorated. (Some competitors place the decorations in the box with the wreath for you to assemble.)
Only top quality ribbon is used to handcraft our bows. (Some competitors don’t)
Our ornamental berries are water resistent. (Some competitors don’t)
Our decorations are secured with wooden instead of metal picks to protect people and pets from accidental cuts. (Most competitors don’t)
Fresh, fragrant and beautiful balsam. Since we handcraft and ship your product directly we’ve cut out the middle men, we then pass that quality, customer service and savings on to you. (Big retailers don’t)
All our balsam wreaths are double faced unless noted otherwise. (Some competitors sell single faced wreaths at the price of our double faced.)
Free gift card and gift message when requested. (Some competitors don’t)
Individually bagged and boxed to help insure your product is fresh upon arrival.
The way we see it, the only way to be successful is to produce great products and provide excellent customer service.

It is worth mentioning that the majority of our products are ordered as gifts for others, this is a responsibility we take seriously.
It is our goal to insure that the gift you send will be received in beautiful shape and reflect the time and thought that you placed in your gift purchase.

Some of the ways we try to exceed your expectations:

The highest possible rating by the Better Business Bureau.
128 bit SSL encryption to protect your sensitive information.
100 % satisfaction guarantee.
Gift orders may include a free gift card and message.

It is soon going to Christmas wreath season and we are looking forward to decorating and shipping fresh balsam fir products through out the United States for the upcoming holiday season. We also work with many organizations such Girl/Boy Scouts, Athletic teams, Dance troups, Bands and many church groups providing products for their fundraising efforts. These worthy organizations use the funds to travel and support their various activities. It is one our favorite things about being in the wreath business. We love Christmas!
